A practical guide to the European Open Everything you need to know when visiting the tournament
The Lotto Arena
The European Open will take place at the Lotto Arena, a renowned multi-sports venue that is located in Antwerp. In its “tennis” configuration, the hall can accommodate over 4,500 spectators. This visitor-friendly venue allows spectators to get close to the action on court and is sure to generate a great atmosphere during the European Open matches.
In addition to the centre court, an outside court (number 1) will also be installed during the tournament. Access to it is free of charge with the purchase of a ticket for the centre court.
By public transport
We recommend that visitors access the arena by public transport as follows:
- Trams on the pre-metro lines 2, 3 and 6 – ‘Sport’ stop
- Tram 5 - ‘Sportpaleis’ stop
- Tram 12 - ‘Sportpaleis’ stop
- Bus: Lines 19 and 23 (Bus information: www.delijn.be/en)
Please note that transport to the Lotto Arena using De Lijn company vehicles is free with your entrance ticket

If you are coming to the European Open by car, several car parks are located close to the arena. Follow the directions to the different car parks. The price is € 5 per space.
300 bike spaces are available for cyclists beside the Vaart car park close to the Lotto Arena

Access for people with reduced mobility
The Lotto Arena is perfectly adapted to offer easy access for people with reduced mobility. A number of reserved spaces are available at the centre court. Please mention this when booking by telephone on +32 (0)70.345.345 (€0.30/min). The service is in operation from 9am to 12.30pm and from 1.30pm to 4pm from Monday to Friday.
