Do you want to be part of the BNP Paribas Fortis European Open 2026? Would you like to get an insight behind the scenes of a ATP250 tournament and contribute to the success of the event with your commitment?

- Access Control: You will check tickets and badges at the entrance and other locations within the grounds.
- Administrative help: You will help with the administrative handling of the tournament and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- Catering: lend a hand at our Foodmaker booth in the fan zone and ensure visitors enjoy a tasty break.
- Driver: Be responsible for transporting players and officials. A B driver’s license is required.
- Marketing & Communication (social media): Are you creative with social media? Then strengthen our marketing and communications team with your content skills!
- Press: Do you have a smooth pen and a nose for news? Then you might be the perfect addition to our press team.
- Production Aide: Support the production team with set-up and take-down as well as the day-to-day operations of the event.
- Stand Supervisor: You will supervise the stands and kindly escort visitors to their seats.
- Supervision (fan) activities: Together with the fan zone team, you will supervise various activities for visitors in the fan zone. You will help create atmosphere and experience!
- Filling out your information does not mean you are automatically hired as a volunteer.
- Late August/early September, we will let you know if we want to count on you and which of your available days.
- Our volunteers must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- For organizational reasons, we prefer, initially, candidates who can attend for at least 5 days (starting Friday 16/10/26).
- If you can attend for less than 5 days, you can/may of course fill in your details through our form but you may end up on the reserve list.

- We provide appropriate clothing (T-shirt – sweater).
- You will receive your clothes at the information meeting or on your first day of work.
- We do NOT provide a hotel for volunteers
- We anticipate an info evening/acquaintance event on Thursday 15/10/2026 at 7:30pm.
- We expect you to speak at least Dutch, French or English.
- Bilingualism or multilingualism is a plus but not a requirement.
- Presumably, most internal communication during the tournament will be in English.
- LUNCH: Depending on the starting time of the 1e match, we will provide a meal at noon. If the matches start late, no midday meal will be provided.
- DINNER: In the evening, we usually provide a sandwich meal (unless the games are done early).
- Parking (paying) is available at PARKING C of Brussels Expo.

Brussels Expo – ING Arena is easily accessible by public transport:

The European Open does not provide free tickets for public transportation.
- A shift lasts from just before the start of the first match until after the last match.
- It is not possible to work in different shifts.
