By subscribing to our Newsletter you specifically agree to these Terms; receive email advertisements and information sent by us. The aim of our newsletter service is to keep our customers and visitors updated about new tournament updates or new changes in form of e-mail. The subscription to our newsletter service is not mandatory.

Frequency

The frequency of the newsletter issues will be at most 2-monthly, unless special updates are introduced.

We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the news were providing you, at any time with or without noticing to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.

We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users / visitors from or newsletter service, without notice. We will do so with any subscriber we deem registered with fake data.

Double opt-in

After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you supplied. We require all subscribers to confirm their email address upon registration. You will therefor receive a message with a link you’ll have to click in order to confirm the email address and your will to subscribe.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by the laws of Belgium. Further, the courts at Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms and you agree to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Privacy policy

We will not communicate / spread / publish or otherwise give away your e-mail address. You’ll be able to change your subscription at the bottom of each newsletter you will find a link to unsubscribe you from the mailing list.
